Frequently asked questions

The tour departs from Playa del Carmen. Total duration is approximately 8h (4h on the water). You'll take the ferry, snorkel and enjoy a lunch break before returning.

Absolutely! The water at El Cielo is very shallow (about 1m) and life jackets are provided. Kids love the starfish. No need to be a strong swimmer.

Our tours are conducted in Spanish and English. Our bilingual guides adapt to your group so everyone fully enjoys the experience.
