Frequently asked questions

The excursion departs from Playa del Carmen. Total duration is approximately 8h (4h on the water). You will take the ferry, snorkel and enjoy a lunch break before returning.

Absolutely! The water at El Cielo is very shallow (approx. 1m) and life jackets are provided. Children love the starfish. No need to be an experienced swimmer.

Our tours are conducted in Spanish and English. Our bilingual guides adapt to your group so everyone fully enjoys the experience.

The safety of our clients is our priority. In case of bad weather, we offer an alternative at the beautiful La Pasión beach in Cozumel, or a free date change.
